Player Name: Choose a custom name, and we’ll save it. Top players may see their name in our Hall of Fame.
Player ID: Every player, whether using email or guest mode, gets a unique ID to track progress and rankings.
Device Identifiers: We may collect non-personal IDs (like device or advertising IDs) to improve your experience via analytics.

b. Non-Personal Information

Gameplay Data: Your scores, levels, coins, and unlocked themes/avatars are saved to track your progress and show rankings, whether you’re a guest or signed in.
Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to track anonymized interactions (like session time or shop purchases) to improve the game.
Technical Data: Information like device type, OS, or IP address helps us optimize game performance.

c. AI-Generated Content

All artwork, from themes to avatars, is created by AI exclusively for Memory Spark. We don’t use copyrighted third-party images or personal images you provide.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information to enhance your gaming experience:

Save your progress, display your name in the Hall of Fame, and personalize your game with themes and avatars. Guest players enjoy the same experience, with the option to link an email for additional features.
Analyze gameplay patterns with Firebase Analytics to fix bugs and improve features.
Send in-game notifications with rewards like coins or exclusive items.
Allow you to share achievements on platforms like X or Facebook.

3. Sharing Your Data

We don’t sell or trade your data. Here’s when we might share it:

Leaderboards: High scores and player names may appear in the public Hall of Fame.
Third-Party Services: Firebase (a Google service) handles authentication, analytics, and storage for both email and guest users. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

4. Data Storage & Security

Storage: Your data (scores, progress) is stored on Firebase for both email and guest users to enable features like leaderboards. Local storage may support offline play.

Retention: We retain your data only as needed for the game or legal purposes. You can delete it anytime using the “Reset Full Game” feature.

5. Account Linking

Started as a guest? Link your account to an email later to secure your progress and unlock features like cross-device syncing. Your gameplay data will transfer seamlessly.

6. Your Choices & Rights

Player Name: You can skip the custom name or change it anytime in settings.
Analytics: Opt out of Firebase Analytics via device settings (e.g., limit ad tracking), but this may affect cloud saving.
Data Deletion: Delete your data (email, name, scores) using “Reset Full Game” or contact us via the icon below.
GDPR/CCPA Rights: EU or California residents can access, correct, or delete their data by contacting us via the icon below.

7. Age Restrictions & Children’s Privacy
